Provides longer life and more precise alignments — non-flex double-wall runways with built-in Z-rail and heavy-duty 3" x 6.5" (76 mm x 165 mm) tubular legs with 3/8" (9.5 mm) wall.

Expand the capabilities and service life with stainless steel radius plates and rear steer plates, built-in tire inflation hoses, removable work steps, LED runway lighting, and premium heavy-duty extended-life HD jacking beams (5-year warranty).
Steel components are Wheelabrator shot-blasted and acid-washed before a double-bake powder-coat finish is applied. Zerk-style grease fittings at all hinge points. Runway under rear slip plates is open to prevent water and dirt accumulation.
PCB control with linear transducers maintains level within 5/32" (4 mm) for more accurate alignments. Fully adjustable floor-mounted rack-and-pinion-style gear blocks allow for precise leveling.
2" × 6" (51 mm × 152 mm) "Break-Out" cylinders allow the 25" × 4-1/2" (635 mm × 114 mm) ID cylinders to operate at <2,500 psi under full load, extending hydraulic service life.
No obstructions between the runways or base frame. The lift rises 74" (1880 mm) in 45 seconds with 20 locking positions. Built-in runway compressed-air outlets at the front and rear.
