Provides longer life and more precise alignments — non-flex double-wall 23" (584 mm) wide runways with built-in Z-rail. Heavy-duty 10" × 8-3/8" × 1/4" wall (254 mm × 213 mm × 6 mm) columns and 3" × 8-1/4" (72 mm × 210 mm) tube traverse beams.
Available in two runway lengths with built-in wheel alignment or service deck. The lift can be ordered in red or blue.
Expand the capabilities and service life with stainless steel radius plates and rear steer plates, built-in tire inflation hoses, removable work steps, LED runway lighting, and premium long-life HD jacking beams (5-year warranty).
Zerk-style grease fittings at all 1-1/2" (38 mm) plated hinge pins. Runway under rear slip plates is open to prevent water and dirt accumulation. Thirty 7/8" (22 mm) enclosed plated steel slip-plate balls provide better support with minimal maintenance.
Machined steel nickel-plated 9" (229 mm) pulleys with bronze self-lubricating bushings. Fatigue-resistant 9/16" (14 mm) cables are routed on double-stacked pulleys (instead of four stacked) to reduce stress and wear.
4" ID × 65" (102 mm ID × 1,651 mm) cylinder is mounted under the runway and uses a premium Parker seal and wearing with a chrome-plated plunger shaft.
Single-point control with stainless steel cylinder air releases engages 12 locking positions. Adjustable locking ladders (81" × 2-3/4" × 3/8" / 2,057 mm × 70 mm × 9.5 mm thick) allow for accurate leveling. The power unit can be mounted on a front or rear column. Built-in runway compressed-air outlets at the front and rear.
